Job SummaryWe are seeking a Part Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Boise, Idaho. As a licensed clinician, you will provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to our clients, working collaboratively with our support team to ensure seamless care.
Responsibilities- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Collaborate with our support team to ensure effective case management and client care
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills
- Meet productivity and quality standards, including a minimum of 15 sessions per week
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Idaho
- Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to adapt to changing needs
