Responsibilities:
  • Prepare preliminary and final engineering construction documents for residential and commercial projects
  • Design grading, drainage, and street improvements, as well as sewer and water improvements
  • Assist with construction management, scheduling, and cost estimating
  • Collaborate with project managers and design teams
  • Perform miscellaneous field work, including site visits and meetings
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, create proposals, and manage project schedules and budgets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (land surveying knowledge is a plus)
  • 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with a PE license
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2017 or higher, Civil 3D, and other hydrology/hydraulics software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the development process and experience working with governing agencies and utility purveyors

C&V Consulting, Inc. offers a full-time position with overtime and bonus pay, 401k, medical benefits, profit sharing, and opportunities for advancement. Starting compensation is between $35 to $45 an hour, based on prior work experience.
