Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for members.
  • Engage with members, take orders, and deliver food and drinks.
  • Understand member preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Craft cocktails by mixing ingredients with precision.
  • Design and present an appealing bar menu.
  • Maintain and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
  • Ensure a guest-focused atmosphere for an outstanding experience.
  • Adhere to all food and beverage regulations.
  • Responsible for securing and arming the building during closing shifts.
  • Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures diligently.
Qualifications:
  • Previous bartending experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area.
