About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Recovery Associate at BJ's Wholesale Club. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our members have a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous service to members, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Replenish and stock merchandise, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas as assigned.
- Process returns and exchanges, ensuring that members are satisfied with their experience.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales floor goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales floor skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and colleagues.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
