Key Responsibilities:

Expectations:
- Assist in processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.

- Create a welcoming environment by greeting customers and ensuring a positive experience during their visit.


- Take initiative to support store operations, including operating equipment and cash registers while maintaining speed and accuracy in transactions.

- Keep the store environment appealing by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products or areas within the store.

Full-time roles require availability to work a minimum of 30 hours weekly throughout the year. Schedules may be consistent or adjusted to meet store needs.

Physical Requirements:
- Frequent movement within the store to access various departments and products.

- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.

- Frequent lifting of items.

- Occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

COVID-19 Considerations:
Our stores adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local guidelines regarding social distancing and sanitization. Depending on campus requirements, positions may necessitate proof of vaccination. The use of face masks throughout the day and while on campus may also be expected or mandated.

Qualifications:
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for employment.

- Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to provide an elevated experience.

- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Basic skills in math, keyboarding, and data entry.

- Flexible availability throughout the academic year, including peak periods.
