Job Description

Uncommon Schools Camden Prep is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Principal Fellow to join our team. As a Principal Fellow, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in a high-performing school setting.

The Principal Fellowship is a two-year program designed to prepare aspiring school leaders for success in our network of schools. You will work closely with our experienced Principals and Senior Leaders to develop your skills in instructional leadership, school operations, and community engagement.

As a Principal Fellow, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing instructional plans to improve student outcomes
  • Providing coaching and support to teachers to improve their instructional practices
  • Leading school-wide initiatives to improve student engagement and motivation
  • Collaborating with school leaders to develop and implement school-wide policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience
  • Experience in instructional coaching or leadership
  • Strong data analysis skills
