Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Restaurant Beverage Manager to lead our beverage operations, drive sales, and grow our business. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing all beverage inventories, cost-outs, and pricing updates, as well as leading pre-shift meetings and participating in line, temperature, and cooler checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Beverage Operations: Oversee all beverage inventories, cost-outs, and pricing updates, including managing beer, liquor, and wine vendor relationships.
  • Lead Pre-Shift Meetings: Conduct pre-shift meetings to ensure a smooth and efficient opening shift, and participate in line, temperature, and cooler checks.
  • Supervise Daily Operations: Organize, run, and supervise daily opening and closing shifts, ensuring an exceptional guest and employee experience.
  • Provide Guidance and Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams, fostering our Culture of Caring.
  • Respond to Guest and Employee Needs: Respond immediately and effectively to guest and employee needs and feedback.
  • Assist in Managing Costs and Driving Sales: Assist the General Manager in managing costs, driving sales, and growing the business in support of financial goals.
  • Partner with Management Team: Partner with the General Manager and management team to interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise, and develop all BOH employees and teams as needed.
  • Perform Inventories and Track High-Cost Items: Perform regular and ad hoc inventories of food, beverage, and restaurant supplies, track high-cost items, and place food, beverage, and restaurant supply orders.
  • Model Teamwork: Model and promote teamwork across all teams.
  • Use Tact and Good Judgment: Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors, and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy.
  • Work a Variety of Days and Shifts: Work a variety of days and shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed.
Qualifications
  • 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience: Proven experience in restaurant management, with a focus on beverage operations.
  • Skilled in Developing Guest Rapport: Skilled in developing guest rapport and providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Skilled in Leading Teams: Skilled in leading teams and fostering a Culture of Caring.
Salary Range

USD $60,000 - USD $85,000 per year.
