We are seeking an exceptional Automotive Restoration Craftsman to join our team at Puget Collision. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their original manufacturer specifications.

Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of skill and attention to detail. You will work on a variety of vehicles, from light to heavy damage, using your expertise in welding, refinishing, and panel reshaping techniques.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that all repairs meet the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to OEM guidelines and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess exterior damage and develop a comprehensive repair plan
  • Restore damaged panels using advanced welding and refinishing techniques
  • Ensure all repairs meet OEM specifications and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles
Requirements:
  • ASE certification and I-CAR Gold Class certification (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in collision repair or related field
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
