Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Concentra Medical Centers. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to our mission of improving the health of America's workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care services, including evaluation and treatment of muscle, skeletal, and neurological problems
  • Develop and implement effective physical therapy treatment programs to facilitate patient recovery and attainment of maximum physical potential
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated efforts and provision of high-quality service
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, employers, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Customarily 5+ years of experience in an orthopedic setting, with use of modalities, therapeutic exercises, and isokinetic equipment
  • Ortho-outpatient experience preferred
