Our mission is to create joy through our delectable and award-winning popcorn, as well as our easy-to-use fundraising platform that raises money for youth sports and activities.

Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned operations professional to lead our manufacturing operations and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and strategic planning. If you're a results-driven leader with a passion for creating a culture of excellence, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic manufacturing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to drive operational excellence and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
  • Drive process improvements and cost reductions through lean manufacturing principles
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 15 years of diversified managerial and operations experience
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and operational excellence methodologies
