Rheumatology Specialist

This is a full-time position offering a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend or evening shifts, allowing for exceptional work-life balance.

You will provide comprehensive care to adult endocrinology patients with direct management responsibilities, supported by dedicated Medical Assistants and LPNs.

The position offers a 2-year guaranteed base salary and the potential for an annual quality bonus.

The benefits include ample support from hospitalists for inpatient care and efficient access to on-site imaging, ultrasound, and lab services.

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
• Compensation: $250,000-$350,000 per year, based on experience
• Support: Medical Assistants, LPNs, and hospitalist team for inpatient care
• Facilities: On-site imaging, ultrasound, and labs
• Work Environment: No APPs; direct patient management
• Call: Shared every 4 weeks (3-5 consults per week)
• EMR: EPIC for integrated care
