- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
- Assist pharmacists with scheduling and maintaining workflow.
- Perform duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information.
- Store Maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and inventory areas.
- Restock merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
- Training and Development
- Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program.
- Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and measure medications.
