Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise IT Infrastructure Architect to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-availability solutions and disaster recovery plans for our Microsoft-based systems and Meraki Cloud infrastructure.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, M365, Azure cloud, Hyper-V/VMware, PowerShell scripting, TCP/IP networking, firewalls, load balancing, SCCM, Intune.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage direct reports, provide Tier 3 support for complex technical issues related to Windows-based systems and Meraki Cloud networking.
About the Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years experience managing Microsoft infrastructure environments in an enterprise setting.
  • Certifications - Azure Admin Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL, among others highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.
