Physical Demands:

  • Regular attendance is crucial for this role.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary, with potential direct travel to job sites.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are advantageous.
  • Willingness to work in diverse environments, both indoors and outdoors, under varying conditions.
  • Capability to lift and transport tools and materials, occasionally exceeding 75 lbs.
  • Regular physical activities including walking, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
  • Potential exposure to construction materials and job sites.
