Physical Demands:
- Regular attendance is crucial for this role.
- Reliable transportation is necessary, with potential direct travel to job sites.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to work in diverse environments, both indoors and outdoors, under varying conditions.
- Capability to lift and transport tools and materials, occasionally exceeding 75 lbs.
- Regular physical activities including walking, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
- Potential exposure to construction materials and job sites.
