We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dance Coach to join our team of professionals. As a Dance Coach, you will be responsible for conducting private and group dance classes, helping students achieve their personal dance goals, and creating a fun and supportive learning environment.

• Conduct private and group dance classes, creating engaging and challenging lessons for students of all ages and skill levels.
• Develop and implement effective teaching methods, ensuring students receive high-quality instruction and guidance.
• Build strong relationships with students, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie within the studio.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest dance techniques, styles, and trends, incorporating this knowledge into your teaching practices.
• Collaborate with other Dance Coaches and studio staff to plan events, competitions, and performances.

• Passion for dance and a strong desire to share this passion with others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to create engaging and challenging lessons, adapting to the needs and skill levels of students.
• Strong physical fitness and endurance, with the ability to perform dance routines and participate in events.
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
