- Education and Experience: Associate's Degree with 2-4 years of verifiable experience in a child care setting or related field.
- Knowledge and Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of national and state education standards, licensing requirements, and procedures, as well as fire, health, and OSHA regulations.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of classroom activities and teaching methods.
- Licenses and Certifications: Must maintain Pediatric First Aid/CPR AED certifications and active NJCCIS registry within 30 days of hire.
