Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience handling matters such as divorce, custody, and domestic violence.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-growing law firm that represents clients in Divorce and Family Law, Personal Injury, General Litigation, Probate, Estate Planning, and Real Estate Matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients with confidence and professionalism in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and negotiations.
  • Draft comprehensive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, and judgments for a variety of family law cases.
  • Manage sensitive and high-stakes matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence cases.
  • Develop customized legal strategies to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Divide marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date client files and provide exceptional communication to keep clients informed throughout the process.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should be great negotiators and communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high.
  • Active member of the ABA (American Bar Association).
  • Strong knowledge base of representing plaintiffs and defendants.
  • Prior work or studies in criminal justice preferred.
