Responsibilities
  • Transport and clean cooking utensils and other service ware
  • Assist in maintaining clean work areas and restaurant equipment
  • Wash dishes and maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area
  • Take out trash and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Sweep and mop floors as needed
  • Occasionally assist with food preparation and presentation
Requirements
  • Must be available for afternoon and weekend shifts
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous dishwashing experience of 1 year
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling best practices
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Constant standing, walking, stopping
  • Occasional kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing ladders, and carrying of up to 50lbs
