Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Vitawerks in California. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

• Provide Personalized Patient Care: Assess, treat, and educate patients on disease management, nutrition, and exercise.
• Administer Medications and Vital Signs: Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications with expertise.
• Cannulate and Initiate Dialysis Treatments: Cannulate patients and initiate and terminate dialysis treatments with precision.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and caregivers on home dialysis machine operation, ensuring understanding and confidence in self-care.
• Coordinate Patient Care: Coordinate patient care, maintain medical inventory, and ensure accurate documentation, contributing to comprehensive healthcare delivery.

• Active California RN License: Possess an active California RN license.
• CPR or BLS Certification: Hold CPR or BLS certification.
• Supervisory Experience: Preferably have supervisory experience.
• Dialysis Experience: Desirable to have dialysis experience.
• Minimum 6 Months RN Experience: Possess a minimum of 6 months RN experience.
