  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage buybacks, and optimize stock rotation to minimize losses.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, with a strong track record of success in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively motivate and manage teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications in electronics repair are a plus.
