About the Job

At DiningRD, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our consulting team. As a part-time employee, you will work with skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health settings, improving the lives of seniors through effective nutrition planning.

The ideal candidate will have CDR credentials, be licensed (if required by State), and possess at least 2 years of consulting/long term care experience. A strong ability to meet our core values (Customer Centric, Adaptive to Change, Passionate, Understanding of Others) is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
  • Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems
  • Participation in the care planning process
  • Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team
  • Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food
