Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Lead Developer to join our Casualty Software Engineering team at CCC Intelligent Solutions, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding our cloud native and legacy software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop secure, robust, performant, and scalable software solutions using object-oriented architecture and design principles.
Drive products from inception to release, utilizing technical and thought leadership skills.
Write correct, well-factored code that is testable and maintainable, demonstrating best practices.
Develop SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and/or calculate information to fulfill data and application requirements.
Administer and coordinate web services, FTP, and B2B data integration.
Conduct technical research as necessary to develop and refine product concepts.
Implement development plans and coach individuals to reach their maximum talent.
Stay up-to-date with modern technology development and capabilities that can be leveraged within the applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the solution meets business needs.

Requirements:

7 years of technical experience in object-oriented software development.
3 years of experience developing cloud native services using Azure or other public cloud platforms.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with C#, .NET, MVC, Web Services, REST APIs, MS SQL, CI/CD, Document Storage technologies, Messaging Systems, and UI Frameworks like Angular and Vue.
Experience with architecting distributed systems that are highly scalable, available, and fault-tolerant.
Familiarity with security requirements, service-oriented architecture, and design patterns.
Ability to give estimates for new features based on minimal requirements/specifications, prioritize, and break down work into milestones and sprints.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive attitude with a drive to improve engineering architecture and processes.
2-4 years of relevant leadership experience preferred.
Ability to acquire and adapt new skills quickly in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
Ability to deliver technical presentations and demos to the team and key stakeholders.
