Job SummaryThe Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) plays a vital role in providing high-quality early intervention services to children and their families in a fun and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) under the direction of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in outpatient clinic settings, home-based, or school/community settings
- Facilitate and assist in the development and identification of resources and support information for patients and their families
- Document daily treatment notes in the EMR system to ensure accurate billing of services provided
- Collaborate effectively with fellow Registered Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, families, and team members to support client needs
- High school diploma or GED
- Current RBT certification a plus
- Experience in a pediatric environment (daycares, schools, etc.)
