Industrial Coating Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Coating Specialist to join our team at KSB GIW Inc. in Mulberry, FL.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading supplier of pumps, valves, and related services, where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality coating processes are implemented across various industrial rotating equipment components.
Key Responsibilities:- Coating Process Management: Ensure all coating processes are carried out efficiently and effectively, adhering to company standards and industry regulations.
- Paint and Urethane Handling: Safely handle and prepare paint and urethane products, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and inspection of coating equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough visual inspections of coated components to ensure they meet or exceed company specifications.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of coating supplies, ordering materials as needed to avoid stock shortages.
- Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Minimum 3 Years' Experience: In a previous industrial coating role, preferably with experience handling industrial rotating equipment components.
- Mechanical Skills: Possess general mechanical skills and knowledge of painting equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Chemical Knowledge: Ability to select and mix various chemicals, including paint and urethane, to required mix ratios.
- Visual Acuity: Strong ability to differentiate between colors and visually inspect coated components.
- Forklift Operation: Ability to operate forklifts and cranes safely and efficiently.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits that include:
