Job Title: Home Infusion Nurse

InfuCare Rx Inc, a national Specialty Infusion Company, is seeking a skilled Home Infusion Nurse to join our patient-centric team. As a leader in the Specialty and Home Infusion space, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Home Infusion Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support our team in delivering exceptional therapy services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent nursing skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including IV therapy and medication administration.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet patient needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Current and unrestricted RN license.
  • 3 years' experience as an RN, preferably with home care experience and exceptional IV skills.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent degree.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
  • Successfully pass annual competency checks.
  • Clean background and criminal record, with a passing drug test.
Physical Demands:

The Home Infusion Nurse must be able to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear, with occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 lbs. Specific vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision, with the ability to adjust focus.
