  • Comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping protocols, cleaning methods, and equipment usage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with housekeeping management software or similar tools is advantageous.
*Work Schedule: Flexibility in scheduling may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational demands.* Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Supervision:

Direct and manage the housekeeping personnel, including room attendants and cleaning staff.

Organize shift schedules, delegate tasks, and perform regular inspections to ensure quality standards are upheld.

Operational Management:

Oversee daily housekeeping functions, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and service areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Monitor supply levels and ensure that necessary materials are available for housekeeping operations.

Quality Control:

Establish and maintain rigorous cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility.

Conduct regular evaluations to ensure compliance with cleanliness protocols and promptly address any issues.

Training and Development:

Instruct new housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety measures, and customer service expectations.

Provide continuous coaching and support to enhance team performance and efficiency.

Guest Relations:

Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and concerns related to housekeeping services.

Aim to enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Light work - occasionally exerting up to 30 pounds of force, and/or frequently or constantly lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects.
