We are seeking an experienced Refinishing Expert to join our team as a full-time employee. This position involves collaborating with a lead technician to achieve exceptional results:

• Surface preparation and finishing
• Application of waterborne and shellac-based paints
• Equipment maintenance and tool management
• Quality control and assurance

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Extensive experience in refinishing or a related field
• Exceptional attention to detail and fine motor skills
• A valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle
• A clean driving record within the past three years
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality results
• Availability to work 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.
