Physical Therapist Float Position

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide coverage at various Spaulding Rehabilitation Network Outpatient Centers. As a Float Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patients' physical therapy needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide education to patients and families
  • Direct and supervise support personnel
  • Manage technical, environmental, and financial resources
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • 3 years of experience as a licensed PT
  • Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Valid Driver's License
