Financial Director

Job Summary:

Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer will play a critical role in driving the financial success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and plan all accounting activities for the health system, including the hospital, clinics, and physician medical groups.
• Manage and review consolidated financial statements, overseeing all accounting and accounts payable systems.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of the organization.
• Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to drive business decisions and develop strategic plans.
• Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a similar leadership role in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations on a local, state, and federal level.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
