Job Summary

Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Processor. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a critical role in receiving, recording, and sorting donations to effectively process them through our Kaizen system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process donations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Sort and categorize donations according to our Kaizen system guidelines
  • Meet or exceed production goals and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Assist in all areas of the production process and cross-train to cover other job descriptions as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and supervisors

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
