Job Description

At the Bluetooth Special Interest Group, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Development Engineer II to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our next-generation software tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong theoretical and practical understanding of computer science and engineering principles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment and collaborate with internal and external teams to drive clarity and deliver tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable design, development, and test of the Bluetooth SIG suite of compliance and interoperability tools
  • Enable continuous learning and improvement in the design, development, and maintenance of the Bluetooth SIG software products
  • Exercise strong theoretical and practical understanding of traditional and emergent technologies, methodologies, and paradigms to enable market differentiation and positive long-term impact

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of software development experience using C/C++
  • Ability to execute as a leader and provide innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Strong theoretical and practical understanding of computer science and engineering principles

We offer a competitive salary range of $154,600 - $165,600 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and a bi-annual bonus program.
