Career Coach and Curriculum Integration Manager

Luther College is seeking a highly skilled Career Coach and Curriculum Integration Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting students' career education and professional growth by providing tailored career guidance and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and courses to integrate career and life design into curricular and co-curricular programs.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate career skills into courses and co-curricular learning, ensuring students are well-prepared for their future careers.
  • Offer personalized one-on-one career coaching to help students explore career paths, set goals, and develop comprehensive action plans.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise student workers, ensuring systems for tracking attendance and approving timecards, coordinating tasks, and scheduling coverage.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience, training, or education.
  • Experience in career counseling, experiential learning, and/or program development and implementation strongly preferred.
  • Strong coaching skills, interpersonal communication skills, and ability to build rapport and work successfully with students, faculty, staff, and employers.
Work Environment:

The Career Coach and Curriculum Integration Manager will work in a normal office environment with consistent computer use, smoke-free and temperature-controlled office space.
