Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Clinical Dietitians to ensure patients receive optimal nutrition care
  • Coordinate the delivery of enteral nutrition supplies and equipment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to address patient needs and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in enteral nutrition
Requirements
  • Registered Dietetic Technician or registration eligible within 120 days of hire date
  • OR Pharmacy Technician
  • OR 2 or more years of experience as a Home Infusion Enteral Coordinator or equivalent
  • OR Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
