Occupational Therapist Job Description

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Peoria, Illinois.

Job Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and NBCOT certification
  • Minimum one year of professional experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or in the process of obtaining licensure
  • CPR certification
Job Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions, and developing a treatment plan to meet their needs.

  • Develop a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders
  • Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions
  • Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
