We are seeking a skilled Turndown Attendant to join our Rooms Team, responsible for ensuring guest rooms are clean and refreshed in the early evening. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of hotel offerings, and excellent communication skills.

Your Responsibilities:

Prepare guest rooms for the evening, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
Anticipate and customize guest needs, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.
Collaborate with the Rooms Team to maintain a positive and respectful work environment.

About You:

1-2 years of experience in Housekeeping or Laundry preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
