Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and licensed Physical Therapist to join our part-time team. As a Physical Therapist with Tender Touch Rehab Services, LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of rehabilitation professionals and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
- Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges.
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients, utilizing modalities and modifying treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.
- Complete all required documentation.
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
- Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state as applicable.
