Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a virtual care role. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care services in a retail clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage primary care, acute, and chronically ill patients, providing healthcare education and counseling as needed.
  • Provide patient counseling on health maintenance, pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and contraceptive care.
  • Document patient care within an electronic health record (EHR) according to our policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to ensure the highest standard of care for all patients.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, tailoring communication style to effectively influence quality outcomes and patient needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Unrestricted license in at least twelve states, with the ability to obtain multi-state/compact privileges and licensure in non-compact states as required.
  • Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Initiative, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously.
  • Proficiency with information management and technology.
  • Capacity to collaborate with professional colleagues as necessary to provide quality care.
Education

Completion of a Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role is required.
