We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ariel Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks on various pieces of equipment, including CNC machine tools, hydraulic systems, and electrical controls.
- Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans, improving overall equipment effectiveness and reducing downtime.
- Work closely with contractors to schedule repairs, order parts and materials, and price out different resources.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in mechanical engineering or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience working with 3-phase power and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing practices, including ISO standards and safety protocols.
- Able to safely operate heavy equipment, including overhead cranes and forklifts.
- Quarterly cash profit-sharing bonuses.
