Job Summary

The Wellness Advisor will play a critical role in advising customers on selecting the right cannabis products for their needs. This position requires a strong understanding of cannabis products, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience
  • Build customer relationships by asking questions and listening attentively to their needs
  • Assist customers in product selection through education on different cannabis products and their effects
  • Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques to build customer loyalty
  • Verify proper documentation and ID for customers
  • Assist in verifying the accuracy of orders being dispensed to customers
  • Label and package customer orders
  • Perform accurate cash handling and maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities
  • Perform routine inventory counts and ensure product stock meets compliance regulations
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or retail
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information
