Role Summary

The Member Support Specialist serves as a vital link in delivering exceptional service to our members. This role is primarily focused on providing professional and courteous assistance via telephone, ensuring that every interaction aligns with the core values of Alabama Credit Union. This position is based in our dedicated call center.

Qualifications

Essential qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in computer applications (including Microsoft Office), and a strong ability to maintain a calm demeanor when faced with challenging calls. A genuine desire to assist others in the community is crucial.

Preferred qualifications include at least six months of experience in a customer service role, particularly within a financial institution.
