Warranty Case Manager

Waev Inc., a leading electric mobility OEM, seeks a Warranty Specialist to join our dynamic Technical Service team. Headquartered in Anaheim, California, we manufacture, distribute, market, and support the GEM, Taylor-Dunn, and Tiger brands.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Specialist to manage and process warranty cases from initiation to resolution. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process warranty cases, ensuring accurate recording and tracking of all necessary information.
- Conduct follow-up communication with dealers and customers via phone and email to gather additional information and provide updates.
- Generate departmental reports on case status, trends, and performance metrics for review by management.
- C coordinate internally with technical service engineers and other departments to facilitate timely resolution of warranty issues and customer concerns.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in warranty or customer service experience or general administration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM systems or helpdesk software is a plus.
Estimated Salary
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
