JOB OVERVIEW:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons.
  • Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  • Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Observe the pool area from lifeguard stations to ensure guest safety.
  • Maintain an alert and upright position while on duty.
  • Comply with all safety and health regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certification in lifeguarding, CPR for professional rescuers, and first aid training.
  • Enthusiastic individual with exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in close-knit team environments.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects.
  • Ability to perform in challenging environmental conditions.
  • Proficient swimming skills and capability to execute rescue techniques.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift weights ranging from 50 to 75 lbs.
  • Capable of standing and moving efficiently around the pool area.
  • Maintain physical endurance and mental fortitude under stress.
  • Respond to both visual and auditory signals.
  • Read, write, speak, and comprehend English effectively.
  • Availability to work during weekends and holidays.
