Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Consulate Health Care.

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff and overseeing patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
  • Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shifts, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work performed in accordance to facility standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
  • You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
