Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is a dynamic and clinician-owned home healthcare agency that prioritizes a strong work-life balance and provides ongoing support to its clinicians. We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in the Tyngsboro area of Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients.
  • Assess cognition, language, and swallowing functions to ensure patient safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education to promote effective communication and independence.
  • Accurately and timely document patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:
  • A valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Massachusetts.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with various patients and medical professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, utilize a computer, and navigate electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
