We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, a state-of-the-art 281-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Brooklyn, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record vital information from new residents, including temperature and health details.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, and treat wounds and bedsores.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing.
  • Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN State license and good standing with the State Registry.
  • Ability to work as a team member and provide excellent patient care.
