Job Title: OB Technician

At Sutter Health, we are seeking a skilled OB Technician to join our team. As an OB Technician, you will play a critical role in the care of surgical patients, collaborating with RNs, surgeons, and other healthcare team members to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize the scrub and preparation aspects of surgical care.
  • Maintain AORN standards of professional nursing practice.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
  • CST-Certified Surgical Technologist preferred.
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Labor and Delivery as Obstetrical Technician.
  • Surgical Technician training preferred.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
Work Environment:

This is a per diem/casual position, working nights with variable days and every other weekend. The pay range is $32.65 to $37.12 per hour.
