Position DetailsWe are looking for part-time coaches who can commit to a season lasting between 9 to 12 weeks. Sessions will take place throughout the day, accommodating a flexible schedule. Each session lasts between 25 to 40 minutes and involves up to 14 children.
Candidate Requirements- Professionalism: Must communicate effectively, demonstrate punctuality, and maintain a neat appearance.
- Creativity: An energetic individual who enjoys engaging with young children in a playful manner.
- Patience: Ability to navigate behavioral and learning challenges with understanding.
- Soccer Knowledge: Previous experience in soccer, whether as a player or coach, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a comprehensive background check is required.
- Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Early Childhood Education are a plus.
- Conduct and oversee soccer sessions at various educational and community venues.
- Deliver our curriculum with enthusiasm, focusing on skill development and character building.
- Ensure a positive experience for children, parents, and facility staff.
- Arrive punctually for all scheduled sessions.
- Maintain equipment and manage attendance records.
- Complete necessary training and evaluations.
- Participate in team meetings as required.
- Commit to the season duration.
- Availability required during weekdays and Saturdays.
- Compensation starts at $18 per session during training, increasing to $20+ post-training.
- Weekend-only positions are also available.
