Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of on-call and backup staff, utilizing them to secure last-minute coverage when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding schedule updates or changes.
  • Inform managers and clients of any schedule or staffing modifications.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience as a Home Care Scheduler (at least 2 years) is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
