Clinical Coach ED Role

LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Coach ED to join our team. As a Clinical Coach ED, you will play a critical role in the development and growth of our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily coaching and guidance to new nurses, focusing on critical thinking and patient care.
  • Lead clinical discussions and use evidence-based practice to inform patient care decisions.
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure orientees have the necessary resources for successful orientation.
  • Participate in orientee meetings and provide feedback to orientees and unit leadership.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of recent RN experience in ED Nursing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited school.
  • Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nursing license or Compact State licensure.
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification.
