Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Produce Delivery Driver to join our team at Charlie's Produce. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering fresh produce to our customers in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive company truck to deliver produce to customers on an assigned route
  • Assist warehouse in storing incoming produce, returning produce to coolers, and performing other warehouse duties as needed
  • Load and unload truck with pallet jack or hand truck, pick up returns, and interact with customers in a professional manner
  • Collect signatures and payment at time of delivery, and complete required paperwork in a timely manner
  • Practice safe driving techniques, deliver produce by deadline, and keep vehicles up to company standards
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Speak and read the English language
  • At least one (1) year experience in driving route deliveries
  • Valid Alaskan Driver's License
  • Provide at least a five (5) year Driving Record from an Alaskan DMV
  • Valid Medical Card
  • Pass pre-employment drug test, background, and reference check
  • Able to lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs repeatedly
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
